WISE ensures delivery of products sold through its website within a maximum of 7days. We make sure that all products that reach your house or office are functional and have no defects.
Return & Replacement
All the products sold through APCINDIA.CO.IN or WISE are usually delivered in person by our warehouse staff / aligned partners. Hence, there is no risk of product damage and any operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please return it at the time of delivery. Your amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-3 working days. Or alternatively; Once your return is picked up in same unopen condition, we will immediately process your refund. It normally takes the bank about 7 – 10 days to credit the refund amount to your account
Warranty
If you face any technical glitch during the warranty period, please call Mfg. / Schneider Customer Care Centre number- 1800 103 0011 or 1800 419 or to associate number mentioned in the product.
A service engineer will visit your house / office and provide service free of cost. If any part/parts need to be replaced, the same would be replaced free of cost. Warranty of products starts for the date of sale/ date of installation whichever is later.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your orders with the below applicable charges- Within 24 hours of placing the order: No penalty. After 24 hours: 10 % of the sale price shall be deducted before the refund of the amount.
